UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM FEE SCHEDULE FOR YEAR 2011 Effective from 1 November 2010 (v1.3) All fees are payable in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) to HELP University College Sdn. Bhd. USD fees are only indicative amounts based on the current exchange rate of RM3.0 to USD1. Since RM is not tradable outside Malaysia, students may pay by USD Bank Draft. Any exchange rate induced gains or losses shall be credited or debited to the student s account with HELP University College. Application Fee, Medical Insurance and Student Visa fees are to be paid upon application and may be paid by USD Bank Draft or through Telegraphic Transfer. Registration Fee, Security Deposit, Resource Fee, International Student Processing Fee (if applicable) and Course Fee must be paid within 5 days upon arriving in Malaysia. Resource Fee is RM2000 for the first year and RM500 for the subsequent year(s) and comprises fees for Learning Resource Centre, EBSCO Host (online learning resources), computer usage, ECA and other facilities and resources. HELP University College reserves the right to alter its fees without prior notification. Fees are applicable to new students registering for the Year 2011 academic sessions from 1 November 2010 and valid throughout the duration of the program as stipulated in this fee schedule only.
