How to Access the Course Catalog 1. Log on to www.oxfordschools.org 2. Select the Oxford High School tab 3. Click on the Counseling link 4. Scroll down and click on the 2015-2016 Course Catalog link The Course Catalog provides descriptions of courses and programs offered at OHS, detailing what grades are able to enroll, prerequisites, etc.
Scheduling Schedule Adjustments will be made for the following reasons only: The Student s schedule is incomplete (does not have all 7 hours scheduled) There is a scheduled conflict (two classes are scheduled in the same hour) The Student previously failed or did not take the prerequisite course The Student is missing a course needed to fulfill a graduation requirement Please note: No Requests for schedule changes will be accepted after the first week of a new semester Students must complete and have parents sign a Schedule Adjustment Request form Schedule Adjustment Request Forms are available in the Counseling Office or can be downloaded from the OHS Counseling Dept. webpage.

Next Steps Thursday, January 22 nd and Friday, January 23 rd - OHS Counselors will give presentations to students at OMS Today Wednesday28th-: Students and parents review the Course Catalog, discuss options, and gather teacher signatures on their course selection sheet Wednesday, January 28th: Students turn in SIGNED course scheduling sheet (Gold Team = Mr. Henning/ Blue Team = Mr. Cisneros) Thursday, January 29 th and 30 th : OHS Counselors will be at OMS to assist students with inputting their course requests into the online system
Tours of OHS Wednesday, April 29 th 5-6pm Tuesday, April 28 th 4-5pm Counselors, administrators and students will be available for tours of Oxford High School. (Meet at the main office)
