By virtue of his keen aptitude and desire to share his achievements with the society, he established charitable trust in mid nineties which apart from building a Dharamsala at Shri Badrinath Dham is also offering scholarships and medals at his Alummi Institute as well as other collages followed by establishing this institute in It is a dream project of a professional, scientist and Industrialist Er. Prem Prakash Gupta, who has learned the basics of Engineering at UOR/IIT Roorkee in late sixties and assimilated the concepts of Management during his MBA immediately after that. After having an experience of working as a Design Engineer for several years at a giant Industrial complex he has pioneered globally in developing manufacturing process for several chemicals of high priority at phenomenally low cost leading to international acceptability and has established industrial units to manufacture such products & export those 04 The institute has well developed state of the art wi-fi enabled campus having fully air conditioned lecture theater conference halls, equipped with audio visual equipments, LCD projector, network connection and excellent acoustics. 8 Programmes Offered B. Tech Mechanical Engineering Four years degree course. This course is affiliated to Gautam Budh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow. Mechanical Engineering is specifically concerned with design, development, installation, operation and maintenance of just about anything that has moveable parts. As a result there are job opportunities for mechanical engineers in practically every field of work. Mechanical engineering projects can range from designing heart valves and artificial limbs, clockwork radios and dentists' drills to building racing cars, jet engines or space modules. Civil Engineering Civil Engineering is considered to be one of the oldest branches of engineering disciplines. A civil engineer can choose from multitude of career option like designing, supervision and construction activities of public works like roads, bridges, tunnels, buildings, airports, dams, water works, sewage systems, ports etc. The career prospects in this field are enormous owing to the rapid growth of infrastructure facilities in the country. Computer Science & Engineering Computer Science & Engineering includes various aspects of Computer Science starting from programming languages to software designing, tools and packages. It also involves designing and testing of computer components.
