4 INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FEES Tuition Fees This is an annual charge which includes: Annual Government Levy; English Language classes $11, Tick to indicate payment (GST on Course Fee) $ Accommodation Don House Boarding: School term time only and Homestay accommodation will be arranged during public holiday weekends and April, July and September holidays. (Non-refundable) Homestay Boarding: Available to students in their 2 nd year of study onwards. This includes public holiday weekends and April, July and September school holidays. Homestay Administration Fee (This applies only to students that wish to live in homestay) $12,020 Boarding $2050 Term breaks and public holiday weekends $14,070 $1000 Insurance Medical Insurance is compulsory. All students are required to take insurance with Unicare. This can be arranged through the school. This is subject to change by provider. Payment Procedures / Notes for International Students Boarding fees are to be paid in advance, as required for a student permit by Immigration New Zealand. Once an incidental account is set up at the WBHS school office, you may add to that account at anytime. The refundable bond is paid back to you after all invoices and accounts have been settled at your final leave of the school. This usually occurs at the end of the year (December to January) You may also choose to set up a local bank account in Oamaru to allow your son access to money that you can manage from home. Please note this is optional. (WBHS uses the National Bank) Homestay fees are collected by WBHS but only held as payment for the host families. WBHS does not make a profit on these funds. $580 Administration Administration Fee $500 Bond Refundable Bond $1000 Uniform $1000 All students are required to wear regulation school uniform.
