Failing which it would be presume that you would not be participating. Kindly confirm whether you would be availing of the accommodation offered in the school premises along with your travelling plans. Though the copy of the rules and regulations has already been mailed to you, this is just a small reminder from our side to make your participation comfortable. School flag for March Past (Participation in March Past is compulsory). 3. School uniform (to be worn during march past). 4. Valid identity card issued by your school principal (for students and for the accompanying official). 5. UID printout attested by school Principal. 6. The team photograph with School Principal along with entry performa counter signed by the concerned Principal. 7. Eligibility performa filled online, counter signed by the concerned Principal. 8. All the supporting papers verifying the age of the players, etc. in original, as per the CBSE guidelines and Rules shall be carried personally by the team manager/ Coach while reporting for Participation. 5 CBSE CLUSTER XIV BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP VENUE- PRESIDENCY THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, SEC-4, BHIWADI, ALWAR RAJASTHAN Campus Rules and Information s All the Managers, Coaches and Participants are requested to adhere the below mentioned rules for the smooth conduct of the competition. 1. Managers meeting will be held on at 05:00 pm at Audi (New building ground floor) 2. All the teams staying in the school campus have to deposit Rs.2000/- as precaution money, the same will be refunded at the time of check out but host school should be informed in writing 12 hrs in advance. If any damage is found to the school property, the amount will be deducted from the precaution money accordingly. Kindly produce the payment receipt at the time of refund. 3. All teams who stay in the school campus are required to pay 350/- Rs/. (IN CASH) per person for one day lodging and boarding. 4. Teams staying in the campus on 04 th Oct will served dinner and bedding only at an addition coast of 200/- Rs/. (IN CASH) 5. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served only to the accommodated Managers, Coaches and Participants inside the campus. 6. Food coupons and order of event will be distributed after registration. 7. The host school will provide separate accommodation for girl participants / Female officials and male officials. 8. Male s entry is strictly prohibited in girl s accommodation area. 9. Dustbins to be used for the waste. 10. All are requested to switch off the lights and fans before leaving the room, Water taps are to be closed properly after use. 11. No one is allowed to move out of the campus after 9.00 pm. 12. Do not disturb others by playing music, and all are requested to switch off the lights by 10.00pm. 13. Parking of vehicles inside the campus is not allowed. 14. If you find anything, which does not belong to you please deposit the same in the control room (Ground Floor).Do not carry valuables with you. 15. The organizing school shall not be responsible for any mishap or loss during the event (04/10/2018 to 08/10/2018). 16. Control room will remain open for 24hrs.

6 17. Medical facility will be available in the school campus 24 hours. 18. The school Management reserves the right to break open rooms in case of Any violation of school rules, suspected unlawful activities or on the basis of security risk perceived. 19. Playing any kind of outdoor games inside the corridors are not permitted. 20. Principal or her representative may enter any room for verification at any time of the day or night. 21. Students must bring to the notice of the Block Coordinator any failures/breakdown in the electric supply/leakage etc. in the bathrooms should be immediately reported through Block Supervisors.
