1 GHAZIABAD NOTICE FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS NURSERY & PREP Parents are advised to contact the Administrative Office to complete the admission formalities from 10 th Oct to 17 th Oct (Both days inclusive except Saturday & Sunday) between 9.00 am to 1.30 pm and submit the following:- 1. A Demand Draft for Admission Fees of Rs. 1, 20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand only) in favour of, PAYABLE AT DELHI. 2. Enrolment Form, (includes Student Parental Data, Health Card) to be collected from the Reception and duly filled and completed in all respects. 3. Original Birth Certificate which will be retained by the school. 4. Signature of both the parents (mother & father) is mandatory in enrolment form. 5. Health Card should be attested by your family / pediatric / other doctor. 6. Admission number space to be kept blank, to be filled by the office. 7. It may be noted that Quarterly fees of Rs. 33,000/- (Rupees Thirty Three Thousand only) for each quarter should be deposited through 4 PDC s at the time of enrolment / admission. 8. Photocopy of Aadhar Card (student [if available], mother & father) preferred on one page. 9. Combined passport size (horizontal) photograph of student, mother & father. 10. Bus Fees (if applicable) will also be charged quarterly which has to be paid along with the Quarterly Fees. 11. In case you fail to take admission on the date specified, the vacancy will be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list. No claim for admission will be entertained subsequently.
