By design, we are creating an intimate environment conducive to open feedback and deep relationships. Come inspire someone to quiet irs. Come to Living Room! AFTER THE EXPERIENCE 6 MONTHS OF PERSONAL COACHING What happens AFTER Living Room is as important as what happens IN Living Room. Working 6:1 with an executive coach and a subset of your peers, you will create a personal Gamechanger Plan. We are including 15 HOURS of executive coaching as part of this program. Each month you will have a minute one-on-one call with your coach, and a 2-hour touch-point with your team, to discuss how you have activated your learning and challenges you may be facing. You will also have LIFETIME access to videos, podcasts, blogs, and events that support your learning through Gamechanger Network. This is not a one-time training event. 7 TEAM Michelle Newman is a Senior HR Business Partner at Post Consumer Brands. Throughout her 20-year career, Michelle has been coaching leaders at all levels of organization, up to and including C-Suite executives. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a graduate of Coaches Training Institute. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from University of St. Thomas and will be leading post-session coaching experience for Leadership Living Room. Michelle lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with her husband and three daughters. Dr. Brent Mattson is excited Amie Aesoph has been coaching personal wellness for almost two decades and will be lending her expertise in Leadership Living Room. She is a passionate advocate for implementing wellness initiatives in workplace in order to improve employee health and performance. She is an adjunct professor at University of Jamestown in Business Administration, specializing in Management Practices. Amie is also a certified group fitness instructor, Director of a local BIO Girls Fitness Program, and owns a small business called InspireU manufacturing custom headbands for athletic teams, schools, clubs and events. Her wellness coaching provides a safe and encouraging environment for all ability and fitness levels.
