Oct 10, 2016 It would be a huge opportunity improvement in communication and follow through. Simonini builds a quality home and exceeded our expectations. We have purchased 3 newly constructed homes. Given our experiences, if we were to purchase a 4th, we would want it to be a Simonini home. The people were exceptional and the workmanship is of the highest quality. Professional, innovative problem solvers, high quality workmanship, very organized, a pleasure to work with, great follow-up any problems not noted at job completion. John Tammaro and Eric Clay are particularly outstanding to work with. The Simonini team made the new home construction process easy, and even enjoyable, which is saying a lot considering the stress associated with both construction and moving! They were quick to address issues and fair at every turn. Simonini has a quality product that they stand behind - during the construction... They are fantastic and we are completely satisfied. We started looking homes and every existing home that we were interested in turned out to be a Simonini home. When we found out that they were building new town homes in close proximity to uptown we decided it would be best to... & Renovations did an amazing job on our new kitchen recently renovated. They were everything we asked and hoped, especially at a very difficult time with our family. They were extremely respectful, accomadating, very clean and wonderful to work with...we highly recommend them and... We had such a wonderful building experience with Simonini which exceeded our expectations. We had heard people warn us of the horrors of homebuilding, but with Simonini, it was a breeze. We couldn't have picked a more knowledagable and personable homebuilder. They feel like friends! These people and especially Charlie are the best. We truly feel we could not have accomplished our goal of finishing our addition by our deadline with anyone else. The process was streamlined with the plans and selections as well. Mar 02, 2015 Overall a solid, quality, professional builder. We loved working with our Building Supervisor Rob Nawn, and our designer Jay Johnstone! We love our new home! Everyone- Alan, John, Holly, and Libby were wonderful! was fantastic! Could not be happier with them. We were very pleased with every aspect of the building process. We have built multiple homes in the past but this was by far the best We would recommended this company to anyone! Overall, we enjoyed working with the Simonini team. We abosolutely love our new home! Thank you. Our superintendent Mike Schmall went above and beyond what I ever expected from Simonini. He was in daily contact with me providing inmation and sent a weekly with updates from the previous week and what to expect in the upcoming week. We did an attic renovation with Renovation Division. Our project went smoothly, with an outstanding project manager. He had the highest standards the the subcontractors had to meet. We had a schedule to keep, and everything went as planned. Our small kitchen renovation went just as easily... While in Cabo, Mexico we learned of an attic water leak which was 2-3 days old when discovered. Bee we couldeven return to Charlotte (next day), Bob Pugh and Mike Schmall were assessing the damage with our daughter andbeginning the triage and game plan repairs. What could have taken all summer... We never felt fell short of any expectation because any issue we had during our entire experience was quickly addressed. One thing we really appreciated was our mutual ability to discuss any issue professionally, openly, and consistently to our satisfaction. The entire Simonini team built us an outstanding home that we are very proud to own. We undertook an non-standard, contemporary design with features and products new to everyone and the results are evidence that our dream home challenge was welcomed and successfully produced by... They listened to what we wanted to achieve and were able to work with us to get it executed to our satisfaction and within our time frame and budget. I was very satisfied with the process of building a home with Simonini. We got a lot of value the quality of the build. Great job to Simonini! I was very well satisfied with the home that they built me. They were always excellent to work with - all the people that they provided were high quality, very skilled people. Everything's top of the line. They fixed anything that might be wrong and if something went wrong they made it right and... I was most satisfied that they worked with our plans to strike the right compromise between quality and cost. For example, instead of wood siding we used cement board siding.
