The FlexPath option is self-paced each course gives you the freedom to learn at your own pace, so school fits around your life, not the other way around. You set your own deadlines, so learning always fits your schedule. And as soon as you re done with one course, you can immediately move on to the next one. With FlexPath, you can earn your degree in 12 months and under $10,500*. The faster you go, the more you save. Plus there are many ways to save, including employer and association discounts, employer tuition reimbursement, credit for prior learning, and more. *Generally, the fastest 10 percent of students finish in a year. Your program length and cost will vary by your degree program, transfer credits, the per-session cost, and how quickly you complete courses. Books, supplies, and other fees may apply. I chose FlexPath because of the ability to work at my own pace, which was important because I was also working full-time, so I wanted the ability to work ahead if I could or step back for a little bit if I needed. ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS FOR FLEXPATH Our commitment to your success begins at admission. Enrollment counselors are here to help you understand your online application as well as your program-specific admission requirements. Here s what s required: Ability to understand, read, speak, and write fluently in English. Official transcript(s) from previous institutions for degree and post-degree coursework. A 3.0 GPA as defined by your program For bachelor s program: high school diploma or equivalent and 45 transferable college credits. For master s program: a bachelor s degree. Some programs may require that this degree be in the field in which you intend to study, or that you have a minimum amount of relevant, professional experience in that field. RN-to-BSN and MSN applicants must also hold current, unrestricted RN license (or its equivalent) to practice in at least one United States jurisdiction. PAGE 5

11 What does a year look like for a FlexPath student? Any way you want it to! You can start a course whenever you want. Once you begin a course, you ll have 12 weeks to complete it. You can take up to two courses at the same time. As soon as you complete a course, whether that takes you 2 to 12 weeks, you move on to the next course without waiting. Coaches At the start of the program, you ll be assigned a FlexPath coach to help navigate the program structure and manage your goals and challenges along the way.
