Graduates Completed After consulting with external departments, it was determined that a limited access application was not an option at this time. 2 Require students in the foundation course, EEC 1603 (a pre-requisite to all EEC courses) to submit an essay to an online tutoring service to orient them to the support services available to them at SPC. 9 II. Non-Completed Action Plan Items and Plan for Completion action items were completed. III. Evaluation of the Impact of Action Plans on Program Quality The inability to accurately identify students intent on pursuing an AS in early childhood education continues to impede the collection of accurate enrollment and completion data. Further, program administrators ability to properly advise and contact students interested in pursuing a career in early childhood education is stymied by the inaccurate enrollment data. In a continued effort to promote student success, program administration will pursue an automated stop enrollment for students enrolled in this degree program who have yet to enroll in EEC 1603 after completing credit hours. Stopped students will be required to enroll in EEC 1603 where they can be properly advised according to their career goals. Program administration will also document the career goals of students advised in EEC 1603 to supplement enrollment and completion data. The efficacy of the online tutoring support assignment has yet to be determined. Students enrolled in EEC 1603 encountered some technical difficulties when completing the assignment. The assignment has been appropriately modified and will continue to be piloted in Fall 2014 with further evaluation of the assignments efficacy to follow.

The source of the information for the first five measures is the Viability Report Dashboard in the SPC Pulse/Business Intelligence system. Measures are extracted between September 19 and October 1, Each measure is described in detail below. Measure #1: Unduplicated Headcount Unduplicated headcount is the total number of unduplicated students enrolled in courses within the specified Academic Organization during the selected academic years. The performance table includes the percent of students successfully completing a course with a grade of A, B, or C (success rate), as well as the percent of students who withdrew, or received a grade of F or WF, within the Academic Organization during the selected academic years.
