Ugandan Certificate of Education or equivalent with a minimum of 5 passes obtained at the same sitting, and ii. At least two principal passes obtained at the same sitting of the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education or equivalent. A candidate shall be deemed eligible for consideration for admission to the Diploma programme at the University if he/she: i. Uganda Certificate of Education or equivalent with a minimum of 5 passes obtained at the same sitting, and ii. At least one principal pass and two subsidiary passes in principal subjects obtained at the same sitting in the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education or equivalent. Exceptions to the above general admission requirement are spelt out in the weighting criteria. SN 1 GUM Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery 2 GPH Bachelor of Science in Public Health Principal passes in Biology and Chemistry obtained at the same sitting.
