20 5 Entrance Examination 5.1 Admissions to the PG programs will be given on the basis of entrance test based on the UG syllabus of Lucknow University. The details of the test (except for LL.B. three year and Faculty of Fine Arts) are given in section 5.2 of the UG admission guidelines. The entrance test details for LL.B. (three year) are given in section 5.4 while that for the faculty of Fine Arts are given in section 5.5 of this UG admission guidelines. 5.2 The entrance test will be of two hour duration and will comprise of three segments. Candidates would have to attempt the question in the serial order as given in question booklet. 5.3 The question paper wil be divided into three sections Section A This section would comprise of five questions of 5 marks each Candidates would have to answer all of them in not more than 50 words for each question This section would account for a total of 25 marks Section B This section would comprise of three questions Candidates would have to answer any two of them in not more than 150 words for each question Each question will be divided into a minimum of two segments Each question would be for 15 marks. Therefore this section would account for a total of 30 marks Section C This section would comprise of two questions Candidates would have to answer any one of them in not more than 300 words Each question will be divided into a minimum of two segments The question would be for 20 marks. Therefore this section would account for a total of 20 marks. 5.4 For LL.B. (Three Year) program The entrance test will comprise of 100 multiple choice questions to be answered in 90 minutes Marking Pattern Each question will be of 4 marks. One mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Zero mark will be awarded for each un-attempted question. 5.5 Faculty of Fine Arts Master in Visual Art () Admissions to the courses would be done on basis of entrance test details of which are as under entrance test will be divided in three parts Practical Examination Object drawing (pencil and shade) time 2 hours Written Examination The written test would be of two parts. First part will be short answer type and second part will be long answer type. Second part will further have three divisions, each of one of the departments of the faculty.
