4 A-Z QUICK REFERENCE For additional information regarding the University of Arkansas and the city of Fayetteville, please visit our website at OR ATM s There is one ATM in Barnhill Arena, located in the north lobby. Camera Policy Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted inside the stadium. Professional camera equipment, camera bags or camera lenses exceeding 6 in length and video cameras are prohibited inside the arena. Concessions The concession stand is located in the north concourse of Barnhill Arena. They offer a great menu for fans in No outside food or beverage is permitted. Directions to Barnhill Arena The University of Arkansas campus is accessed from Interstate 49 at three major exits: 60 (Razorback Road), 62 (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.) and 63 (Wedington Road). The core athletic facilities (with the exception of Baum Baseball Stadium and the Tyson Indoor Track Center) are located between Razorback Road on the west and Stadium Drive on the east and Maple Street on the North and Martin Luther King Blvd. on the South. 5 Disability Seating For information on disability seating call the Razorback Ticket Center at (local calls), HOGS (4647), or visit the ticket office located on Razorback road located next to Baum Stadium at 1295 S. Razorback Road, Suite B. ADA seating is offered on the west end of the second floor in Barnhill Arena. This area may be accessed by utilizing the lift located in the south west hallway. Ushers are available to assist you in using the lift and finding the ADA seating area. Floor level seating is also available for persons able to ambulate into the permanent stadium seats. Evacuation In case of evacuation, instructions will be given over the public address system. Event Staff personnel will assist directing fans to the appropriate exits. Fan Code of Conduct Razorback fans are the best of the best. They model this by loudly supporting the Razorbacks and displaying respect and good sportsmanship toward the visiting team and visiting fans. The NCAA, SEC and UA have assigned a high priority to assuring athletic events are conducted in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship by spectators, student-athletes and coaches. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants, officials, those around you, and event management in a positive manner and treating others with courtesy and respect. First Aid A first aid station is located in the southwest corner of the arena. Signage in the arena identifies the proper location. Game Day Policies Rowdy, threatening, unsafe or inappropriate conduct including profane, racial, sexist, abusive or intimidating comments or actions, fighting, smoking, drunkenness and throwing of any object in the arena will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, arrest and/or loss of ticket privileges. The UA reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises if, in the sole discretion of security personnel, the ticket holder s conduct endangers or disrupts the environment. All people must have a ticket, regardless of age, to enter the arena. Per SEC rules, no re-entry is permitted at any door. All bags will be searched at the door upon entering Barnhill Arena. Gates Open/Gate & Elevator Locations Doors open to Barnhill Arena one hour prior to the start of competition. For our guest with mobility concerns needing access to the second floor of the arena, a lift is located in the southwest hallway for your use. It is operated by a member of our event management team. 4

6 Lost Children Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest Event Staff member. That person will then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest remedy to the situation. Lost & Found After the event, all unclaimed items will be turned over to our facilities management office located in room 131 of Barnhill Arena. If you have any questions please contact Kathi George Media Inquiries Inquiries should be handled by the Razorback Athletics Communications Office at Merchandise & Game Programs A merchandise stand is located in the north lobby of Barnhill Arena. Game programs are also available in the south concourse, free of charge. Parking General Public Parking Public parking is limited on campus. Fans are encouraged to arrive early. Pay parking is available in the Meadow Street Parking Garage and the Union Parking Garage. However, parking in those lots and many others around Barnhill Arena is free after 5 p.m. and on weekends. Please double check the signs upon entering the lot since some lots may vary from that policy. Reserved Parking Certain lots are reserved on game days. Parking passes for Volleyball games at Barnhill Arena are available through the Razorback Foundation Priority Plan. For information about Razorback Foundation, Inc., please go to Disability Parking Disability parking with a state-issued hang tag is available in Lots #45 & #59 which is located immediately around Barnhill Arena. 5

8 Re-Entry Policy Once a guest leaves the arena, they will not be permitted back in. This is a University of Arkansas and Southeastern Conference Policy and applies to every ticket holder. Guests should plan accordingly and bring everything they need to the arena upon initial entry. Smoking/Tobacco Free Effective July 1, 2008 The University of Arkansas campus is tobacco free. This means no cigarettes, pipes, cigars, dip or chew anywhere on campus and includes no stadium exiting for tobacco use outside the stadium. Beginning August 1, 2010 state law prohibits the use of tobacco products anywhere on campus. If you observe such an action, send for security while keeping the offender in view. The offender will be removed from the arena and is subject to arrest. A police officer does not have to see this activity to have the person removed. Ticket Information The Razorback Ticket Office is located next to Baum Stadium at 1295 S. Razorback Road, Suite B. Free parking is available in the large lot north of the office. The Razorback Ticket Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for advance ticket sales. Guests can also order tickets by calling (local calls), HOGS (4647) or by ordering on-line at Will Call Barnhill Arena will call is located at the south ticket window. Photo identification must be presented in order to receive tickets. Will Call is available 1 hour prior to the beginning of the match. 7
