The Director, AIISH, Mysuru invites ONLINE Applications to fill the following positions on Contractual basis at the Institute as detailed below: 1. Reader in Audiology 1 post Below 40 upto `57,000/- (i) Post Graduate with Ph.D in the Relevant Subject/ Discipline or its equivalent. (ii) 5 of Experience in Postgraduate and Graduate Teaching or Research at any University or National Institution. a) Experience of guiding Doctoral students b) Publication in National and International Journals. 2. Clinical Linguist 1 post Below 35 upto `31,500/- : I Class M.A. in Linguistics 2 experience in Applied Linguistics (research/ clinical) or Ph.D. 3. Occupational Therapist 1 post Below 30 upto `30,000/- : BOT or any other equivalent qualification. 2 experience in the field...2,

Copy Writer 1 post Below 28 upto `16,500/- (i) Graduate in Journalism and Mass Communication / English Literature / Science or IT with Good Language Skills. (ii) Knowledge of the following: GENERAL CONDITIONS / INFORMATION: a) Developing tools: Frame Maker Microsoft Word and Interleaf b) Graphic Tools: Corel draw, Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. Basic in Computer Science / Bachelor of Computer Applications. 1 It is intended to fill all the above posts on Contractual basis at this Institute. 2 The above engagement of persons on Contractual basis is initially for a period of One year from the date of appointment. 3 The qualifications prescribed should have been obtained through recognized Universities/ Institutions. 4 The period of experience in a discipline / area of work, wherever prescribed, shall be reckoned from the date of acquiring the minimum prescribed educational qualification prescribed for the post and will be reckoned as on the last date prescribed for receipt of Applications. 5 Upper age limit will be reckoned as on the last date prescribed for receipt of applications. 6 Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate Applications for each post indicating the name of the post in each Application applied for. 7 The last date of receipt of application is at 5.30 PM. 8 The prescribed Qualifications are a bare minimum and mere possession of it, will not entitle the candidates to be considered for the post. 3 -3-9 Selection for the Posts notified will be in accordance with the guidelines of DoPT, GOI issued vide its order dated in this regard for filling up of all Group B (Non-gazetted) and Group C posts and selection will be made on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination subject to qualifying in the Skill Test to be conducted for the purpose. 10 The details of the Skill Test to be conducted will be notified in the AIISH website and the eligible candidates will be informed of it in due course. 11 The competent authority has the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reasons. 12 The competent authority reserves right not to fill all or any of the posts mentioned in the advertisement. 13 Canvassing in any form and/or bringing in any influence political or otherwise will be treated as a disqualification for the post. 14 Interim enquiries will not be attended to.
