Proof of payment of the 75 application fee by bank transfer: IBAN: BE , BIC/SWIFT: KREDBEBB, account holder: Arteveldehogeschool VZW, bank: KBC Bank NV (Belgium), reference: Application fee + full name (first name and surname) Only applicable for new noneea students who will stay in Belgium with a student or work visa). Additional bank charges are borne by the prospective student and this application fee is nonrefundable; 7. This document, duly COMPLETED + signed and saved as a PDF. Deadline for Submitting your Application: Start: 1 December 2016 Deadline: Before 1 May 2017 for noneea students; Before 16 August 2017 for EEA students who do not have a Flemish diploma. You can only start in September 2017 (start date of the academic year: 18 September 2017) and the deadline for enrolment is 27 October your complete application together with the requested documents in 1 to admissions@arteveldehs.be. After verification of the complete application file, you will receive an from us within 3 weeks (excluding university college closure periods) about whether you meet our admission requirements or not. If you meet these requirements, you will also have to send us a certified copy of your diploma of secondary and/or higher education by post. Upon receipt and verification of these documents, you will receive an answer on the approval or not of your application. Please check 'admission and enrolment' for the complete procedure.

2 English Language Requirements Prospective students who can demonstrate that they have finished their complete secondary education in one of the countries listed below do not need an additional English language certificate: Antigua and Barbuda; Australia; The Bahamas; Barbados; Belize; Canada (except for Quebec!); Dominica; Grenada; Guyana; Ireland; Jamaica; New Zealand; St Kitts and Nevis; St Lucia; St Vincent and the Grenadines; Trinidad and Tobago; United Kingdom (minimum 3 GCE Olevels + 3 GCE Alevels OR 3 GCE Olevels + Edexcel BTEC level 3 Extended Diploma); United States of America (High School Diploma with a Transcript of Records mentioning at least 4 APs (Advanced Placements). All other prospective students will have to present one of the following English language certificates: TOEFL test: score of at least 87 institution code: B527 ( IELTS test: score of at least 6.5 ( ITACE test: at least Level B2 for all completed components! ( Artevelde University College Certificate see website for available dates; Cambridge English Advanced certificate: at least Level B2 for all completed components; Cambridge English Business Higher certificate; Cambridge English Proficiency certificate; IB diploma (Diploma Programme); IGCSE (awarded by Edexcel, at least 3 IGCSE O Levels + 3 IGCSE A Levels) Note: these certificates or diplomas must have been issued within the last two years to be valid.
