3 ABOUT SOVEREIGN The Sovereign School, a proposed senior secondary school, has been edifice under the aegis of Rohini Educational Society. The campus is beautifully constructed on a land measuring 4 acres and is centrally air-conditioned. The management gave the name "Sovereign" to the school with a vision to impart supreme education to the children, which in turn develops them into a supreme citizen with superior knowledge, values and ethics. 5 General Instructions The forms & prospectus for registration are available at the School Reception from 09:00 am to 2:00 p.m. & on the school website round the clock, from 11 th February 2008 to 29 th February The child should be 3 years of age as on 31 st March, 2008 for admission to Pre Nursery (Foundation) class. Age criteria for all standards/classes will be followed as per Delhi Govt. Norms. 1. Form can be filled online by logging on to the website or can be collected in person from the school reception. However, Registration process will be completed only after submitting the printed copy of the admission form with Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- in the school. 2. Duly filled in form should be submitted at the School Reception between 09:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. w.e.f 11 th February 2008 to 29 th February The Photographs of the child & parents should be affixed at the space provided on the form. Extra two copies of photograph of the child should be submitted at the time of admission. 4. Self attested photocopies of the documents mentioned on Page No. 10 must be attached with the Admission Form. However Original Documents will be needed for verification at the time of Admission. 6 5. No interview of the Child or the Parents will be conducted. However interaction may take place with the parent. 6. Forms for EWS category will be available at the School Reception. 7. Unfilled seats in case of EWS category will be converted into General Category after the Final Admission list. 8. The list of short-listed candidates will be put up at the School Website and Notice Board. 9. The application made herein does in no way entitle the candidate for admission in the school. 10. The decision of the Admission Committee for the admission in the school will be final and binding. 11. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected without any intimation. No cutting and overwriting in the form will be accepted. 12. Fees will only be accepted in the form of Pay Order/Cheque drawn in favor of THE SOVEREIGN SCHOOL payable at Delhi. 13. Dishonored Cheque will attract a penalty of Rs. 500/- over & above the total amount of the Cheque and may lead to the cancellation of the admission. Admission Manual Page 5 of 11

Previous School Progress Reports. 4. Original Transfer Certificate. 5. Updated Immunization Record. 6. Proof of overseas transfers. 7. Appropriate documentation in case of single parent/orphans/physically challenged. 8. Appropriate documents to prove track record in sports mentioned in the admission criteria. 9. Appropriate documents in case of parent in Armed forces/police. For EWS Category 1. Income Certificate by the office of the Deputy Commissioner (N/W Distt.) 2.
