2 Sustainable Development Goals In JCI Finland JCI Finland is committed to goals #4 Quality Education and #8 Decent Work And Economic Growth Finland s law and culture enables sustainable development goals Finland s rules and regulations and the rule of order are in line with Global Compact guidelines Finland is the second least corrupted country in the world 2015 (transparency.org) 2
3 Sustainable Development Goals In JCI Finland JCI Finland s pass strategy is coming to an end by the end of the year Our focus was on People, Profit and Planet, Sustainable Leadership, Individual and Corporate Social Responsibility (ISR, CSR) New strategy ( ) is promoting Quality Education and Decent Work and Economic Growth. Our national mission and vision is to accelerate member s success in business and working life 3
4 Continuous visibility and actions to maintain values of Global Compact in JCI Finland: Link to Global Compact info on JCI Finland s website (Global Compact in Finnish) Stakeholders and partners are selected according to Global Compact values and JCI strategy 4
5 Continuous visibility and actions to maintain values of Global Compact in JCI Finland: Agreements include Global Compact point We promote our chambers to cherish Global Compact values Candidates running for positions in JCI Finland agree to follow Global Compact guidelines 5
6 Continuous visibility and actions to maintain values of Global Compact in JCI Finland: Local chambers report quarterly their projects and other actions and board members monthly to boost transparency and communications Annually at least one person attends JCI Global Partnership Summit in New York Gained knowledge is spreaded aroud in Leadership Academy every year to new local presidents (71) 6
7 Completed actions and results There is a JCI Project Gallery where all project descriptions are input so every chamber has possibility to learn and implement best practices from other chambers CSR is spreaded to chambers My World Survey (VoteMyWorld2015) was done during last quarter of It was targeted to stakeholders, citizens and members of JCI Finland 7
