The focus is on kinds of forming and competence development of fairy tale ritualisation. It is concluded that: fairy tale ritualisation as a type of process can be used to create a certain kind of immersion and experience among the children, which has forming qualities of existential character. In addition, this kind of communication can establish a focus, a signifying potential, a protection, a contact, a transparency, and predictability. the important thing in fairy tale ritualisation as in all other communication is to bear in mind as well as establish contact and dialogue with the child s parallel consciousness. 11 Active for life: From day care to activity programs Educational program Occupational Therapy Degree Program, Copenhagen Educator: Signe Lillegaard Haldgran Abstract: The project 'From Day Care to Activity Programs must respond to the falling interest in day care and future-proof the programs in order for them to match the resources, wishes and needs of the elderly citizens. The challenges are many. In the future, there will be fewer citizens above eighty years old and more citizens between sixty five and seventy nine years old. The new group of elderly are healthier, have other interests and new demands for the 65+ activities of the Copenhagen Municipality. At the same time, an interview survey made by TNS Gallup shows that among the elderly, the knowledge of the day care programs of the Copenhagen Municipality is scarce. In addition, many of the current and future users associate the programs with persons having health problems and with activities for the very old and disadvantaged. The aim of the project is to ensure that the day care programs of the Copenhagen Municipality are developed into modern activity programs, which are both interesting and accessible for the elderly citizens of Copenhagen. The objective is that the programs consist of meaningful activities, which create social relations and, most importantly, which are local. These are systems, which, simultaneously, can motivate citizens during the training session and increase the quality and effect of the action. The I-Space-project develops a system, which utilizes embedded software and integrated sensor technologies to register, collect and compare data.
