Plans for improvement follow each delta. + February 24, 2014 Enjoyed students participating in the presentation. The public speaking skills of children in front of friends, parents, the Board and the camera with a memorized speech is amazing to me. (Baker) Data presentation was just enough. It was not overwhelming. (Dowdy) It was nice to have the PTO speak at the meeting and recognize Cheryl for coming to help them organize. Data was so small that it was difficult to read. (Baker) We will continue to encourage presenters to create graphs that are large enough to be meaningful. March 3, 2014 Getting the handout ahead of time and also in paper format. (Baker) Having the time for questions. (Hicks) Presenter was knowledgeable about her topic. Presenter related her real-life knowledge of the topic. (Griswold) Highly functioning board and the testament on the wall (banners) is thrilling for me. (Presenter) Having the administrators here. I appreciate that we are all hearing the same material and engaging in the process together. (Baker) 6:00 p.m. starting time is difficult for me. (Baker) Move workshop meetings to 6:30 p.m. Meeting start time for the workshops will be moved to 6:30 p.m. Not everyone is here. It s difficult when two members are missing. (Flesher) Board attendance at the meetings is important. PowerPoint will be sent to the two members who are not here.
