Afternoon Pick Up Recently, several students have been picked up from school late in the afternoon, well after 3.30pm and some students are being picked up close to 4.00pm. This creates a student safety issue, as many of these students are left waiting unsupervised in school grounds. Please assist us by ensuring that all students are picked up from school as close to 3.15pm as possible. If you are delayed in picking your child up from school, please contact the school office. We appreciate your assistance with this matter. Sydney West Swimming Congratulations to all students who represented Oakville Public School and the Ridges PSSA at the Sydney West Swimming Carnival at Homebush Olympic Pool on Tuesday 13 March. All students were certainly fantastic representatives and competed with great determination on the day. Well done to all students! Special mention to Jack O who finished 6 th overall in the 8 year 50m freestyle event and to Lucia P who finished 8 th overall in the breaststroke event. Mr S Montgomery Principal EASTER RAFFLE Last week students received a book of raffle tickets to sell for our annual Easter Raffle. Tickets are 50 cents each or 5 for $2.00.
