Season Outline High School Program - Full school year divided into Fall tournament season and official Spring season Fall Ball purpose is to develop fundamental skills, attend tournaments, bonding time and opportunity for coach s assessment for team placement Players required to play in fall unless participating in VHS UIL activity (i.e. sport, band, cheerleading) or are new to lacrosse and join in spring Priority is given to fall UIL activities but when available expected to participate in VHS fall ball and conditioning Fall Club a supplement, not a replacement to Lady Vipers fall lacrosse Practice times: 9/30-11/20, T & TH, FPMS Upper Field, 4:00-6:00 Other Key Dates: 1Up Sport Initial Fitness Assessment (Parents welcome to attend): 9/13, Saturday, 10:00-12:00, 1Up Sport facility (location on our website) Boot Camp: 9/23-25, T, W, TH, FPMS Upper Field, 4:00-6:00 1Up Conditioning (6 sessions): 9/27-11/8, Saturdays, 10:00-11:30, 1Up Facility Make up sessions on Wednesdays 1Up Sport Final Fitness Assessment: 11/15, Saturday, 10:00-12:00, 1Up Facility Season Outline www.ladyviperslax.net 6

Accept, update contact info, enable text feature and SAVE Provides rooster, schedule, maps/directions to fields Update availability on Availability tab for games and tournaments when asked Code of Conduct/Attendance- players required to attend all practices and conditioning. Text Coach Katie within 24 hours if unable to attend No Pass/No Play will be monitored and enforced this year Can not have below a 70 in any class for any preceding 6-week grading period Suspended from participation in any lacrosse activity during succeeding three week period. If the student is passing all classes at the three week mark, the student may regain eligibility. VHS typically notifies our organization when student athletes are ineligible, but player and parents are also responsible for notifying our Head Coach if a player becomes ineligible to participate due to grades.
