NCAA Students who are planning to play a college sport at a Division I or II college or university must register online with the NCAA Clearinghouse early in their senior year. COLLEGE VISITS Two college visits allowed junior and senior year Check campus visit dates because some require pre-registration two weeks in advance Visits are not scheduled during college finals College Visit Process 1. Pick up the visit form at the attendance office 2. Have an assistant principal sign the visit form 3. The college campus will stamp the form as proof of your visit 4. Return the stamped college visit form to the attendance office, in order to receive an excused absence.
FAFSA- NOW JANUARY, COMING OCTOBER The U.S. Department of Education requires this form to conduct a financial needs analysis. The FAFSA is required by all colleges to qualify for any state or college based additional scholarships, even if you do not believe you qualify for federal financial aid Financial aid is limited and is distributed on a first come, first serve basis Application period begins Jan 1, 2016 (for tax year 2015) dates changing the following year, juniors, be proactive, apply annually Financial aid night at Berry Center Feb 23, 2016 *File your taxes early
