MARKS / TRANSCRIPTS / DATES Report Card WGSS Marks Ministry Term December Request transcripts from Counselling for out of province applications Request transcripts from Counselling for limited programs e.g. Nursing March WGSS reports 2 nd term marks to the Ministry Second term marks will be pickedup in May by all BC public PSIs, OUAC schools, and U of A June July WGSS will report 3 rd term marks in early July to the Ministry Ministry will combine provincial Language Arts results with school marks and produce final transcript Interim Post-Secondary Institutions Will have the marks you type in when you apply Or will request that you provide them with an official transcript Will pick up your marks after May 1 st IF you gave them permission through BCeID account Final Will pick up your marks when they are available the end of July IF you gave them permission through BCeID account
ALL STUDENTS MUST RELEASE THEIR TRANSCRIPT BEFORE MAY 1, 2018 STUDENTS WHO DO NOT DO THIS WILL HAVE TO ORDER AND PAY IN JULY TO HAVE THEIR TRANSCRIPTS SENT This will allow institutions to pick-up your interim (May) marks and your final (June/July) marks. Failure to do this means you will have to order a transcript and send it yourself in the summer time and have to pay for it! Institutions use your second report card marks for their decisions. Institutions confirm their decisions in July once you have graduated.
