PREFACE St.Joseph s Degree & PG college, Autonomous affiliated to Osmania University was established by Hyderabad Archdiocese Society(HAES) in the year 1997. The college is Re-accredited by NAAC with A grade The College is marching ahead on the path of excellence under the visionary leadership of our Chairman Most Rev.Thumma Bala D.D Archbishop of Hyderabad and Principal Rev.Fr.Dr.Vincent Arokiadas. The Department of Commerce was established in the year 1997. The Department has well qualified, competent faculty who are dedicated to train the students to meet the requirements and challenges of contemporary business environment. The Department offers six UG courses, keeping in pace with the development in the field of commerce. The Department of Commerce is organising a three day International Conference on Global opportunities and challenges in Commerce on 19 th, 20 th and 21 st January 2018. The theme of the conference encompasses all the vital components of commerce like :Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Human Resource Management, Marketing,Information Technology, Tourism and General Management. This International conference aims at providing an opportunity for exchange of ideas and dissemination of knowledge among Academia, Industry, Research Scholars, and Entrepreneurs to identify and craft pioneering strategies to grab the opportunities and overcome the challenges.
