Part of the search committee for fall 2017. For reasons, I am the de-facto chair of the committe. The search is on its path for success. Secured in my first semester at Ithaca College a new software to teach Fixed Income Securities. The new software is used by many prestigious institutions, and it was a tremendous success for students. The software is called the Yield Book. The software is an innovative teaching methodology, not only in the field but also at Ithaca college. Prepared CFA recognition/affiliations for the Finance department in Jan 2015. The Finance Department at Ithaca College received CFA recognition in Feb 2015. Prepared an alternative governance manual to the current point system governance manual. It was not duly discussed or adopted. Prepared MBA solution for Ithaca College. It was not duly discussed or adopted. However, the current direction follows what I have recommended for the MBA program in the document I had prepared three years ago. Scholarly Activity Published and in press ten articles in a double-blind peer review scholarly research journals. In all ten I am the lead author or the only author.
