Advanced Placement & Honors Courses 1. Available courses to rising 10th graders: AP Biology, AP Environmental Science, AP Spanish, AP Chinese, AP Calculus, HP Chemistry, HP Physics 2. You will need to formally request AP/HP course in Aeries during course scheduling (this does not guarantee placement) 3. Administration will generate a list of students who request AP/HP classes 4. Department teachers will meet to discuss applicants, and ensure that students meet prerequisites/criteria for classes 5. Teachers will share final list with counselors 6. You will be notified in May via email about your HP/AP placement and where to pick up your summer assignment

Will use the topic of law as an entryway to the study of narratives that tell the stories of individuals and communities struggling to navigate and resist the laws and policies that currently exist in our world. Paideia English 2 Course of Study Course examines the history, politics, culture, philosophy, art and literature, and economics of different regions of the world Examine how literature reflects a particular worldview of the author Rigorous coursework that requires 45 minutes to an hour of homework and reading of a college-level textbook
