A reminder to all Year 5 parents that Camp fees must be finalised by Friday 21 st September and all Year 6 Camp fees must be finalised by Friday 12 th October. NO LATE PAYMENTS AFTER THESE DATES WILL BE ACCEPTED! If your child is not attending camp can you please advise the school in writing as soon as possible? When paying by Bpoint/Bpay please ensure that the correct invoice number is used and is the one pertaining to the excursion. As we have had several payments going to the wrong activity. E.g. Payments for sport going to camp allocation. This creates a great deal of work and confusion for both office staff and organisers. Please refer to the following instructions when making payment by BPoint. 5

Administration OHSC Parents need to advise not only the School when their child is absent but also OHSC if their child normally attends. If you pick your child up early due to sickness please inform OHSC if they are due to attend that afternoon. Unnecessary Class Interruptions All parents need to be aware that we will not interrupt class time to relay messages to teachers or students unless it is an emergency. To assist us with this we ask that parents Confirm pickup time and place with their child prior to morning drop off Ensure your child has all necessary notes and equipment before departing for school in the morning. 7
