NOTES: 1 Adult High School, ocational/adult General Education Program Code 90010, is to be used for adult students seeking an adult high school diploma. Adult students are those students who have a grade level of 30, indicating that they are no longer enrolled in K-12 courses and have not earned a high school diploma. Adult High School students must be reported with the appropriate secondary course number. Adult High School Co-Enrolled students can not be reported with a ocational/adult General Education Program Code of 90010 - see note 6. 2 3 4 5 6 7 GED Prep LCPs are based on the student successfully passing the official GED tests rather than completion of the GED Prep courses. TABE Scale s for ASE LO are Reading 567-595, Math 566-594, Language 560-585; for ASE HIGH are Reading >595, Math >594, Language >585. CASAS Scale s for ASE LO are Reading 236-245, Math 236-245, ritting 261-270; for ASE HIGH are Reading >245, Math >245, riting >270. The credit in Social Studies and the 4th Credit in Science are a district level requirement. Co-enrolled adult high school students must be reported as Adult High School Co-Enrolled, ocational/adult General Education Program Code 90099. A co-enrolled student is any student who has not been withdrawn from the K-12 system, including summer students who are expected to return to the K-12 system in the Fall. Co-enrolled Adult High School students must be reported with the program code 90099 and the appropriate secondary course number. Districts must adhere to curriculum guidelines as documented in the Curriculum Frameworks for program 90100. Student instruction for programs whose direct costs are fully funded under the ocational Rehabilitation s Adults with Disabilities Grant Program or another outside funding source should not be reported in DIS, and should not be recorded in local data collection systems under the 90100 program code. These programs should be coded under a local number to avoid any inappropriate reporting of ineligible programs in DIS. 8 Beginning 2014-2015, students testing below grade equivalent 9.0 will enroll in the ABE courses (0-8.9).
