He was kind enough to climb on our roof to answer questions we needed insurance and to tighten a tarp that had broken loose. His... KBL owner Ken was extremely helpful and patient, answering all my senior citizen questions.the fact that he would quickly communicate with me, both bee and during the job, is one of the reasons that I would definitely recommend him to others. That's rare and greatly appreciated. KBL's crew was very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up completely.there were no problems and they did a great job. I found KBL Contractors to be all of these things, and I especially appreciate the fact that they are a family run business that has been in operation a number of years. Kenny from KBL was a pleasure to deal with and was willing to address any concerns or issues that came up!... Highly Recommend his company... KBL was excellent! They provided top notch quick service on my new roof install and were very easy to communicate with. They were respectful and provided proactive updates on the project.
