Data Tip: Duplicated and Unduplicated Student Counts When reporting student counts in the CRDC, there may be cases where a student falls into more than one bucket or category. The guidance below describes which counts should be unduplicated and when a student may be counted more than once in a given table. Here is a typical CRDC table for student counts. Please note that the greyed out boxes will be calculated by the system. Indian Race and Gender When reporting counts by race/ethnicity and gender, student should be counted in one and only one of the available boxes. Students If a student is an student, they will be counted once in the boxes for race and gender (above) and once in the box for by gender. If a student is a student with a disability, they will be counted once in the section for Race and Gender (above) and once in the boxes. A student may be counted only once in ) or the columns, but not both. If a student receives services under both IDEA and Section 504, report that student in the count. Please note that not all questions have ) counts. Do not include these students in counts.
