Candidates must hold a Preliminary or Clear Single Subject Credential, and CLAD Teacher vacancies are open to teachers who will be employed by the Kern High School District for the 2018-2019 school year. Counseling Positions: Counselors must hold a full Counseling Credential and a Preliminary or Clear Teaching Credential, a CLAD Certification and be highly qualified. Coaching Positions: Candidates must meet basic requirements prescribed by the Education Code and District Policy. Applications must include a resume of any training related to the position. Per the District/KHSTA Memorandum of Understanding, only current teachers may apply during the initial posting period.
