3D LACROSSE AT A GLANCE In operation since 2009, 3d Lacrosse is the nation s fastest-growing lacrosse services company, offering innovative training, premier events, select travel teams, recruiting showcases and leagues for boys and girls ages 6 to 18 at all levels of organized competition. 3d trains thousands annually across 16 markets, using our proprietary methodology that combines the tight stick-handling and ball control of box lacrosse with the teambased field strategies used in Division I college programs. Each of our markets is anchored by a 3d master coach and staff with a wealth of coaching experience. Our local staffs are supported by a national team of over 65 full time employees that help create an outstanding customer service experience. We strive to provide one of the best curriculums in the club industry with a keen focus on improving your player through training based on the skill development of our methodology and testing those new found skills against the best competition in the country at some of the best tournaments and showcases the industry has to offer. From elementary school through high school, we aim to make sure your player is ready to make the next step in lacrosse!

THE 3D DIFFERENCE WHY PLAY 3D LACROSSE?

THE 3D EXPERIENCE 3d Lacrosse provides the single best 360 degree training experience in the lacrosse industry today. We ve spent years building out all the essential pillars of a great club experience with a meticulous focus on training and player development, the most important pieces to any players success. As part of the 3d Oregon family, your player s experience will include: Unrivaled number of training hours Class-based teams Top-notch recruiting events National DIII Director of Recruiting Professional and passionate coaches Controlled roster sizes Coaches certified in the 3d Methodology Online player profile Consistency in training using the 3d Methodology Tournament selection based on good competition Opportunity to play on 3d regional and national teams Access to our extensive recruiting network Character Building IQ Development Academic Commitment

THE 3D EVENTS NETWORK The staff at 3d Lacrosse has deep roots in the sport with many established relationships across the country. These relationships provide a broad reach that, combined with the sheer mass of the 3d player pool, affords us great opportunities when trying to place players in exclusive events and showcases across the country. In addition, 3d operates many of our own showcases and tournaments that 3d market teams and players attend.

EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE IS 3D LACROSSE FOR YOU?

THE 3D PLAYER We re looking for competitive players who want to improve and strive to play at the highest level of the sport. We offer a systematic approach to learning and building the skill sets needed to move on in the sport with an age appropriate methodology that uses building blocks to develop your player into a highly intelligent and skilled player ready to compete at the best showcases by the time they reach high school. P R E P A R E D F O R T H E N E X T L E V E L ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEAMS 2026, 2027, 2028 MIDDLE SCHOOL TEAMS 2023, 2024, 2025 HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 We break down our methodology to teach the basic skill sets every young player needs to advance in this sport. With repetition in drilling, improvement comes quickly at the youngest ages and basic team concepts are introduced to compliment the skill development in the small-sided setting. Players entering our middle school training will continue skill development, with a tighter focus on incorporating higher level skill progression that can be adapted to the team concept that will help players prepare for their high school career. Our high school players will spend time in developing skill in a setting that mirrors a college practice. Drills are meant to build on the skill already developed to push speed and quicker decision making. Teams will play in the most competitive tournaments in the country and the 3d staff will consult with each player to find placement in showcases and college days.

THE 3D RECRUITING PROCESS 3d Lacrosse s product mix allows us unprecedented interaction with college coaches. The 3d staff, filled with former players and coaches from every level of NCAA play, has become a very reliable source of evaluation and insight that college coaches have come to rely on. We are able to pass this on to our core customers and advocate for each player with the schools, having a full understanding of each players capabilities on and off the field. We have found repeated success providing a comfortable process for players, parents and college coaches. In 2015, we added a full-time DIII National Director of Operations to help connect our families with NCAA opportunities. SIX HUNDRED TEN + 3d Lacrosse committed college players nationally since 2011

3D OREGON SELECT YOUR LOCAL TEAM

THE 3D OREGON TEAM THOMAS BRAGG SUSAN BANKOWSKI Director, 3d Oregon Tom Bragg joined 3d Lacrosse in 2013, serving four years with 3d New England before joining the 3d Oregon staff in 2017. Training both boys and girls at the youth and high school levels, coach Bragg brings an east coast sense of urgency to Portland and its greater communities. Fostering a love for the game, continuing to develop lacrosse IQ across the board for all Oregon players, all while helping to develop a training platform to better set Oregon players up for success on the national scene are his top priorities. Prior to 3d, Tom spent time with NCAA coaching stints at Division II Notre Dame de Namur in San Francisco and Division III Bowdoin College. Tom graduated Tufts University in 2011 and was a four year letter recipient on the lacrosse team, a member of the 2010 National Championship team. Manager, 3d Oregon Susan has been with 3d Lacrosse since 2014 and has spent a lifetime around the sport of lacrosse bringing a ton of coaching experience to the 3d Oregon staff. A familiar face in the Oregon youth lacrosse, Susan has spent years coaching boys/girls youth lacrosse for Lincoln and Oregon Episcopal School (OES). In 2016, Susan took over as head coach of the OES Women s varsity team in 2016, taking them to their first ever State final in her second year. Susan grew up in Hudson, Ohio and started her lacrosse career at Western Reserve Academy where she was a High School All-American. She went on to be a two-sport athlete at Johns Hopkins University, starting for four years on both the field hockey and lacrosse teams.

3D OREGON SELECT TRYOUTS 3d Oregon is holding tryouts for our Fall 2018 and summer 2019 teams and we d love to see you there. We operate our tryouts as a real coaching session, teaching players new tactics and watching how they perform. 8.18.18 8.19.18 2019 2019 2020 LEARN MORE 2020 LEARN MORE 2021 2021 2022 2022 2023 2023 2024 2024 2025 2025 2026 2026 2027 2027 3dlacrosse.com
