Inventory of Public School Recreation Sites Pinellas County public schools are also sources of recreational facilities providing opportunities for their students as well as nearby residents. As the recreational needs of the residents of the unincorporated areas grow, particularly for facility-based recreation, public school sites in the County may provide a potential resource for serving a portion of the recreational needs of the County.
