I would like to thank all the students for working so hard to settle back into learning routines. I would also like to thank parents and families for coming along to our Harmony evening and attending the goal setting meetings. These are great opportunities to be part of our student s education. Last Day of School Tomorrow we will be for electing house captains and running the whole school cross country. It will be an event filled day with many activities leading up to the main running event at 12pm. All are welcome to come along and cheer the students as they run around our school cross country course. The school Easter raffle will be drawn at the conclusion of the cross country at around 12.45. We will also hold a special assembly at 2pm in the gym to acknowledge students who have attended school everyday this term, present the new house captains with their badges and hold a special performance. All welcome. School will finish at 2.30pm School Council Last week the School Council Annual General Meeting was held and I would like to thank returning members and also welcome Daniel Loveridge, Emily Currie and Ben Nicholson as our new council members. The new office bearers are: President: Jemmes Handy Vice President: Mel Castleman Secretary: Ben Nicholson Treasurer: Amanda McNabb Parents Club Representative: Emily Currie School Council meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month. Parents Club The Parents Club also held their AGM early this month with the election of Emily Currie as President Mel Castleman as Secretary Sarah Taylor as Treasurer I am looking forward to another solid term of teaching and learning.
