Frank has in-depth and comprehensive research and analytical skills gained from his PhD research as well as interpersonal and communication skills acquired through collaboration with fellow researchers, involvement in science promotion activities and lecturing experience. Frank s research activities have exposed him to various forms of Renewable Energy Technology including Solar Energy which was the subject of my PhD thesis. Frank has a keen interest in renewable energy and sustainability issues. As part of his academic experience, Frank also lectured in the subject of Physics at the University of Johannesburg for 5 years. Frank is currently a project manager within the Change and Systems division at Absa. He has also worked as a Business Analyst within Accenture South Africa System Integration and Technology. He has worked on projects in the Energy, Utility and Banking industries. He has more than 5 years experience in systems development projects.
