Waivers Waivers for electing to take non-recommended options for Math, English, Science will not be available until final report cards are submitted to the JPII registrar s office. Caution regarding waivers Over the past 4 years, 64 students have taken courses that they were not recommended for in mathematics. 81.3% earned a B or lower in the non-recommended course. 41% earned a C or lower in the non-recommended course. We want all students to finish JP2 with a strong GPA and be eligible for the college of their choice and scholarships senior year.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) - Mrs. Cowing It is required that all students bring a personal device to school daily. During the course of the JPII BYOD Program students may use laptops and tablets (with attachable keyboard) as acceptable devices. Cell phones, smart phones, Kindles, Nooks, ereaders, and hand-held gaming platforms are not an acceptable devices. (See Handout)

Summer Bridge for Incoming Freshmen - Mrs. Weaver July 9-20, 2018 9-12 PM Cost: $100 each session English session reviews grammar, punctuation, summer reading strategies, research and writing skills. This session will be be held July 9-13. Mathematics session reviews skills needed for Algebra I. This session will be held July 16-20. Registration deadline is May 25th
