Enclosure O Personnel 16. Recommendation: Ratify the seventeen (17) day suspension (without pay) of a substitute teacher. 17. Recommendation: Rescind the resignation of Nick Mayle as Head Football coach at Philippi Middle School. Enclosure P 18. Recommendation: Rescind the resignation of Marcus Johnson as an Assistant Football coach at Philippi Middle School. (Refer to Enclosure P)

19. Recommendation: Approve medical leave of absence (paid and unpaid) for Conrad Hick beginning June 2, 2014 through the remainder of the 2013-2014 school year. Enclosure Q 20. Recommendation: Accept resignation of Angela Hodge as Head girls Basketball coach at Philippi Middle School effective May 1, 2014. Enclosure R 21. Recommendation: Accept resignation of Shannon Gibson as Head boys Basketball coach at Philippi Middle School effective May 7, 2014. Enclosure S 22. Recommendation: Accept resignation/retirement of Donna Endler as a Kindergarten Teacher at Belington Elementary School effective at the end of the 2013-2014 school year. Enclosure T 23. Recommendation: Employ Donna Endler as a substitute teacher for the 2014-2015 school year. (Refer to Enclosure T ) 24. Recommendation: Approve unpaid medical leave of absence for Sandy Thorne that will extend from March 24, 2014 through approximately August 15, 2014. Enclosure U 25.
