Exact flight information must be provided at least 20 days prior to your arrival. Transfer fees will not be refunded if you fail to inform the school of any changes in your itinerary or if you miss your connections. Unaccompanied Minors: for students travelling as an unaccompanied minor (UM) with airlines, there will be a charge of 50. This will ensure there is a named person to meet and greet and sign for UM students. Upon departure all UMs will be handed to the relevant airline staff after check in and in most cases, the BSC named person will wait with the student until airline staff takes him/her to the aircraft.
