S2 have their say Pupil Council September enjoy new S2 subjects and have coped better than they had thought. that they were being supported in class. It was assumed there would be a lot more HW and assessment They feel subjects in S2 provide both preparation for assessment and chance to enjoy finding out more about particular subject areas. delighted that they could choose at end of S1 and felt they had enough information and experience They feel reassured about beginning to learn subjects earlier to improve grades in National exams and allow greater choice at the end of S4. early choice can provide opportunity to change if necessary
