Cost Transcripts $2.00 Official Transcript $1.00 Unofficial Allow 10 days for processing NCAA Transcript Requests: Apply online with NCAA Print Signature page from NCAA website and attach to transcript request form with $2.00 transcript fee Recommendation Letters: Make sure you provide the recommenders with an addressed stamped envelope to the Counseling Office. Recommended to allow 21 days for letters of recommendations Note: Transcripts are not emailed. 3

ACT at Katy HS If you took the ACT at Katy HS on Sept 23, you may have received an email about lost exams. Please check your online ACT account. You can retake the ACT this Saturday. You have been automatically enrolled for this session. You must log into your account after October 26 and print your ticket. If you are facing college deadlines, please send the email received from ACT to your college as evidence. If you can not test this Saturday, you need to call 319-337- 1270 to reschedule to the December test. Cost: Free 6

Common Applications Mid-Year Reports As soon as the grades from the transcripts are added, we will upload mid-year reports to the Common Application. Note: You do not have to request a copy to be sent. Please check your Common Application regularly to check status. Apply Texas: You need to request a transcript to be sent from the registrar s office if your college requires it. Note: If your college does not require it, you do not have to send UNLESS your GPA has gone up! 38
Advanced Placement Exams Regular registration for Advanced Placement exams begin on February 5 through February 25, 2018. Cost per exam is $98.00 Free/Reduced Cost is $15.60 per exam * * Please tell students who have not gone through the Free/Reduced Lunch Process to start now if applicable!
