ISCA-AAT Qualification Overview 1 Foundation level Foundation Certificate in Accounting The Foundation level equips you with skills in finance administration. This level covers a range of basic accounting practices and techniques, from double-entry bookkeeping to costing. You will also gain invaluable self-management and time management skills, and develop an appreciation of ethical issues and sustainability, which is essential in any workplace. Modules Bookkeeping Transactions Bookkeeping Controls Elements of Costing Work Effectively in Finance Entry Requirements for Foundation* Level: 3 GCE O-Level passes (C6), including English and Mathematics, or equivalent. 2 Advanced level 4 Advanced Certificate in Accounting The Advanced level covers more complex accounting tasks, such as maintaining cost accounting records and the preparation of reports and returns. You will also acquire skills in the use of accounting software and develop an understanding of the principles of Singapore law and tax.
