An additional 112 qualifiers [All Stars] will be selected on a % of a % formula. Level 8 Qualification will take place at the State Championship Top seven gymnasts, regardless of age group, will qualify as the Super Team. An additional 112 gymnasts [All Stars] will be selected on a % of a % formula. NOTE: There are no alternates accepted into this meet after April 18, 2018 ENTRY FEE: $120.00 2018 Regional Championships all regional registrations on MeetMaker will go through the USA Gymnastics Reservation system. You will then need to Complete your registration and make payment on MeetMaker. You do not need To update your MeetMaker roster, the reservation will update it for you.

DEADLINE: 3/21/18 [CT ME NH - RI VT] 3/28/18 [MA] 4/11/18 [ NY] Entries received after the deadline are subject to a $25 / gymnast fee No entries will be accepted after 4/13/18 ADMISSION: Day Pass Adult $15 / Senior & Student [12 and under] $10 Weekend Pass Adult $25 / Senior & Student [12 and under] $15 All gymnasts and coaches who qualified for the 2018 Regional Championships will be provided credentials for the weekend. All other spectators, including USA Gymnastics professional members and gymnasts not qualified for the meet, will be required to pay admission rates for this event. SCHEDULE: Saturday Level 8 All Stars 4 youngest age groups Level 8 All Stars 4 oldest age groups Level 8 - Super Team Sunday Level 7 - Super Seven Level 7 All Stars 4 youngest age groups Level 7 - All Stars 4 oldest age groups *Final Schedule will be determined 4/13/18

I. CREDENTIALS TECHNICAL INFORMATION Level 7/8 Coaches not listed through Meetmaker must show their USA Gymnastics Professional Membership card to receive a meet credential. If your membership is current, but you have not received your card, it is your responsibility to contact Member Services and request proof of membership. Only coaches of competing athletes will be allowed on the floor. No one will be allowed into the venue without the appropriate credentials. Athletes attending sessions in which they are not competing must remain in the spectator area. II. III. COACHES MEETING A coaches meeting will be held during general stretch of each session. CAPITOL CUP 2 gyms [warm up and competition]. Timed Warm up on each event immediately preceding competition on that event. 30 seconds touch on the competitive equipment. IV. MEDICAL TRAINER Medical personnel will be available during all competition sessions. V. BOARDS Boards will be designated to each event. VI. VII. VAULT It is the coach s responsibility to flash the correct number for the vault the gymnast performs. SCORING TABLE All Around results will be posted after every session. Meet results will be posted on line at www.region6usagym.org Scoring is available at www.meetscoresonline.com VIII. IX. TRAINING There will be NO training at the competition venue. FINAL SCHEDULE The final schedule will be determined 4/13/18 X. COACHES ATTIRE All active coaches are expected to wear appropriate athletic attire during the competition. For the Region 6 regional meets in the 2017-18 season, all regional registrations on MeetMaker will go through the USA Gymnastics Reservation system then complete registration and make payment on MeetMaker. To make sure the reservation will be linked to your gym account in MeetMaker make sure you have your USA Gymnastics Club Number in your MeetMaker account profile (reservations are linked by club number) Sign in to MeetMaker click MY GYM then Click MY ACCOUNT Click SANCTION ORGANIZATIONS Your USA Gymnastics Cub Number should be in this grid If not click ADD NEW, or if it is wrong click EDIT to make sure your club number is listed correctly. If you happen to have more than one USA Gymnastics entry DELETE any extra entries. To register: For a petition/alternate entry you must first completely register a coach in the USA Gymnastics Reservation System AND in MeetMaker before registering a gymnast as an alternate/petition To register the coach first: 1. Sign in to MeetMaker and find the regional meet you are entering, click REGISTER 2. Click the button, USA Gymnastics Reservation System a. A new tab or window will open (depending on your browser) with a USAGYM.ORG sign in web page [Sign as an administrator to your USA Gymnastics account] 3. Once you sign in you will be on the USA Gymnastics reservation page for the meet you are entering 4. Fill in the reservation fields and select ONLY THE COACH/COACHES that are going to attend the meet and complete the reservation 5. GO back to the MeetMaker window and click ALERTS 6. Then Process this reservation with the coach only [you will receive a confirmation number in MeetMaker] when it is complete After you have a confirmation number in MeetMaker for the coach, you can then register each gymnast following the same steps above as you did for a coach. You can only have one gymnast per reservation/registration/confirmation for a petition/alternate entry. For a regular entry: 1. Find the meet you are entering click REGISTER 2. Click the button, USA Gymnastics Reservation System click this button a. A new tab or window will open (depending on your browser) with USAGYM.ORG sign in web page [Sign in to your USA Gymnastics account] 3. Once you sign in you will see the reservation page for the meet you are entering 4. Fill in the reservation data and select all the coaches and gymnasts that are going to attend the regional meet and complete the reservation 5. Go back to the MeetMaker window and click ALERTS 6.
