JUNE 20 Final Exam and Regents Exams Schedule On June 9 th, 10 th, and 13 th ND-BG local school exams will be given. Regent exams are from June th through the 21 st. Students who have an exam or a Regents review class need to be in school at the designated times assigned by their teacher. All regularly scheduled classes end on Wednesday, June 8 th, 20. On June 8 th the students will not have Period 9. At the end of Period 8 students in grades 6-11 will go to their homeroom and will receive instructions regarding locker clean up. Please URGE your child to begin clearing their lockers of old lunches, items of clothing, etc. prior to June 8 th. This will help reduce the amount they are taking home that day. Important Busing Information: Any questions, please contact your home school district. Duanesburg will be running the regular morning and afternoon bus. They do not run mid-day buses for regents. Shenendehowa will be available for one take home run each day. Students from Shen need to sign up in the main office so the bus company can choose the one pick up for that day. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake does regular AM and PM (2:50) busing only. If a student has a PM exam, parent would need to bring in, but bus would bring home. If it is an AM exam, regular ride in, parent would need to pick up or stay and ride PM bus home. Mohonasen will do regular am and pm pickups and mid-day per request. Requests for midday pick up need to be made at least 2 days in advance to the main office so we can contact the district. Schenectady Contact the district for busing needs. Guilderland Buses will be available. Dispatch has the dates and will arrange accordingly. Niskayuna will provide a midday bus if needed. They do request that it be the same time each day. (ie. 11AM, 11:30 AM). Please let the main office know if you need a mid-day pickup and the time and we will work it out with your driver. South Colonie Bus schedule during the exams will be the same as they are now. Regular AM & PM pickups there will be NO Mid-Day run. Schalmont will provide normal AM and PM pickups during exams. During Regents the students who ride Schalmont and need a PM pick up at 2:50 pm are asked to let the main office know so we can contact Schalmont and let them know to send a PM bus that day. All Schalmont students need to let the main office know what days they need a PM pick up. If no one comes in to say they need a bus that day then there will be no bus from Schalmont. PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP IF YOUR CHILD IS GOING TO NEED BUS TRANSPORTATION. IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US THEN A BUS WILL NOT BE CONTACTED. Students books from their home school districts MUST be returned on or before the date each school district specifies. If not, in September students will not be issued books for the 20-20 academic school year. Regarding the textbook return dates -----school districts notify parents via mail or in the newspaper or you may need to phone them. Books must be returned to the district that issued the books. If a subject is NOT noted on the SCHOOL EXAM SHEETS and it is NOT noted on the REGENTS EXAM SHEET, it is either given during class time or the teacher has assigned a project as the final exam.
