Patient Satisfaction Data Collection Method Population: Patients with ED visits from 8/28/08 to 7/23/10. Sample: Up to 20 families per week for Base Hospital and up to 10 families per week for Liberty were randomly selected and interviewed by telephone. Questions: How would you rate your waiting time in the ED?(0-5; poor to excellent) Using any number from 0 to 10 where 0 is the worst care possible and 10 is the best care possible, what number would you use to rate your child's care during your visit to the Emergency Department?
