SCHOOL NEWS February, 2018 Dear Saint Peter School Families, Thank you for your continuous support of Saint Gregory s Food Pantry. Our most recent donations were delivered by third grade parents. Our next project is to collect donations for Easter. Volunteers at the pantry have asked that this year we send completed Easter baskets, not items to be made into Easter baskets as we have done in the past. Putting together the baskets takes more time and volunteers than are available. If a family would like to donate a completed basket, this would be most welcome. We were reminded that nonperishables are always needed. Perhaps this year we can donate Easter dinner foods or any food items you think will be enjoyed by the many families receiving help at this time. The need is great and all donations are much appreciated. All of our classes will be collecting your donations to be delivered to Saint Gregory s. Should your family wish to fill and wrap a basket, it would be gratefully accepted and delivered with all of our food donations. All donations are due by March 19. Thank you for your continuous generosity. Your children are learning so much from you about doing God s will by helping others. God bless you during this holy Lenten season. Sincerely, Mrs. Scotto and Mrs. Palazzo
