STOMPING GROUNDS Join us for Stomping Grounds summer camp, the place for fun since 1977! What s great about our camp? As a park district, we recognize the importance of fun and social play. We know that leisure and recreation is foundational to our development. Because of this, we stack our camp day with plenty of fun at the park, at the pool and around the community. We also know that kids need an element of challenge to keep their minds active. We build activities around learning in a fun environment, regularly incorporating science, technology, engineering, arts and math into the camp week. You ll find our campers engaged in reading, building, gardening, and exploring. It s a great opportunity for your camper to enjoy the summer, full of play, swimming, learning and, of course, lots of laughter.
