Is the course content same as taught in the classroom training in cities where ICBI has a center? The course content is exactly the same as what is taught in the classroom. 4. What equipment (hardware/software) will I need for this online program? You will require a laptop/desktop with a webcam (in-built/attached), speakers and a mic (in-built/attached), and an internet connection of a dedicated speed of at least 2Mbps (preferably through a 4G dongle). There is no additional software required, as we would be sending you an online link for each session. 5. What material will I get for the sessions? You will receive all the course material including books, consulting processes, and consulting tools. All the course material will be provided to you in hard as well as soft copy format.
6. How many learners will be attending the session with me? Will the session be interactive? There will be between 2 to 5 learners in a session. The sessions will be completely interactive, just like a physical classroom scenario. 7. If I am unable to attend a particular session, what happens? As the session is a live session and interactive, it is advisable that you do not miss the sessions. In case of unavoidable circumstances if you do miss a session, you will be accommodated with another batch for that session whenever it is scheduled. If I have any queries after the session is over, how do I resolve my doubts? As a part of the course there will be periodic Q&A sessions through telephonic conference calls. The assignments are simple and help you to apply the concepts learnt in the sessions to your own self. You will be provided an assignment guide which helps you to complete the assignments correctly. You will be submitting most of your assignments online in soft copy form as MS Word or Power point documents to the Assessor manning the assist desk.
