Subject of activities 01 Lions Quest Teachers' Training Publication Participation This program was organized by District 325 B and hosted by Lions Club of Balkumari College on date 5 th, 6 th, &7 th of August. In total 34 schools' representative participated the program. The trainer was Ms Nidhi Nagrath from Lions Quest program Bombay. Second Newsletter of Club was published on dated 19th August. In total 35 elders health check up was done. Medicine distributed to them according to their need.also fruits an biscuits were distributed to them for refreshment after finishing camp. Souvenir of Club was published on the occasion of 6 th installation ceremony. Rs. 30,000/- Installation program 6 th Installation program of this club was performed on date 22 nd September. The new members and new officers of lions and Leo club inducted and installed. MCC,MJF L.Er was the chairperson and DG.L.Dr Jaya Hari Raj Pandey was the Installation officer of the ceremony 38*4=152 hrs Rs. 15,000/- 05 Participation Contribution Participated to the different Installation program as well as the meeting called by the District chair person, area coordinator. And participation to 1st Zone meeting on September 22 nd. Rs. 5000 contributed to LPF Fund. Rs. 5000/- 06 Project Proposal related to health program HIV/AIDs and environment was submitted to district office.

Tree Plantation Peace Poster Competetion On 24 th Nov 2007, Tree Plantation was done due memory of late Lion Dr. Yadav Prasad Pant. On the very day condolence Program was organized. Peace poster competition was held on 29 th Nov 2007. Eight students from different school took part in that program. 2*5=10 Rs. 3000.00 Rs. 2000.00 On the dated 30 th November 2007 Newletter of November was published 3*5=15 Rs. 500.00

Dance party Management On 15 th Dec 2007, B2R group Narayangarh Branch had organized A dance party at Chitrawati Leisure Center. Club has managed Voluntary management to that party. On the dated 29 th December 2007 Newletter of December was published Rs. 500.00

Lions from different clubs of chitwan were participated in that programme. PDG Lion Prabhat Kumar Joshi distributed the trophy to the winners. Lion Shamser Ghamale was stood first where as Lion Subhash Shrestha stood second in the tournament. 5*10=50 2500/- Participation in Regional Institute On the 9 th Jan, President Lion Bijay Lal Pradhan has took participation in "Regional Leadership Institute" held at Godawary Valley Resort, Kathmandu. Subject of activities Description of activities hours Amount 01 Oldaged Health Camp 30*10=300 2000/- Free Medicine and refreshment Distribution of Teaching Materials Eye Camp On 16 th of February club has organized Old aged Health camp at Devghat Brida Asram, Devghat. Dr. Sabina Shrestha and Senior Health person Lion Shankar Adhikari check up the Old aged Person and Lions Staff nurse and student of staff nurse helped for the treatment. On the same health camp Free Medicine were distributed by club and Fruits and biscuits were also distributed On 24 th of February, Club has distributed teaching material to the students of poor class students. LC Balkumari college has started to teach the unprivileged class student who had not gone as well who had dropped to go to school. Free eye check up camp and cateract surgery camp was conducted on 26 th February 2008. On that program 145 patient were checked up and 13 cataract patient were observed out of which 6 operation were conducted. 5*2=10 2000/- 1500/- 05 On the dated 1 st March Newsletter of February was published

Third Cabinet Meeting attending Eye Camp On 15 th of March President Lion Bijay Lal Pradhan, PP Lion Birendra K Shrestha, PP Lion Shiva Prasad Poudel and treasurer Lion Ujjwal Poudel attended the third cabinet meeting held at Dhangadi On 29 th of March, Club has organized Free eye check up camp and cataract surgery camp at Jagatpur. 05 06 Election New Iions Training Election for the new committee for the Lionistic Year 2008/09 had held on 29 th of march. New committee was formed under the leadership of Lion Shyam Kumar Piya. On the dated 30 th of March Training for new lions was conducted Lion Bijay Lal Pradhan along with other lions has given orientation to new lions. Subject of activities Description of activities hours Amount 01 Chartered Day Celebration On the 16th of April 2008, Club has Celebrate its Chartered Day With chief guest PDG Lion Prabhat Kumar Joshi under the chairmanship of President Lion Bijay Lal Pradhan Attending District Convention Entering new members On 19 th of April 2008, President Lion Bijay Lal Pradhan, Chartered President Lion Chiranjivi Shrestha and Past president Lion Birendra Kumar Shrestha took part in 11 th District Convention. On 26 th April 3 new members were entered in Our club they were Mr. Bishnu Lal Shrestha, Asst. Accountant Balkumari College, Meg Raj Sapkota from B.P. Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital and Poonam Sapkota of Health Department, BKC. They were asked different questions by the members of the club and after getting the satisfied answer from them they were accepted as member and on the very day their name were send to international. BMI camp Convention On 17 th of May, on the occasion of 4 th cabinet meeting Club has organized Health awareness BMI Index camp at Narayani Kala mandir.
