STUDENT TEACHER GROWTH PLAN The STGP can be initiated at any pint during the semester by anyne n the Student Teacher Grwth Team: Student Teacher, Cperating Teacher, University Cach, Field Placement Crdinatr, Assciate Dean f Teacher Educatin, r anther Temple University Administratr. The University Cach will be respnsible fr supprting the Student Teacher thrugh the STGP. The STGP begins with a cnference including, but nt limited t, the Student Teacher, the Cperating Teacher, and the University Cach. This cnference will begin with a cnversatin abut the Student Teacher s unsatisfactry prgress in meeting the expectatins f Student Teaching held by the schl partner and/r the university. The cnference will cntinue with the develpment f a plan fr the Student Teacher t meet the expectatins f Student Teaching and the timeframe within which this is t be expected. Cnsequences fr nt meeting the expectatins during the stated timeframe will als be discussed. Thse present in the meeting will end the cnference by reaffirming their cmmitment t supprting the Student Teacher s success. The University Cach will submit a cmpleted Student Teacher Grwth Plan dcument t TK20 and will cach and supervise the Student Teacher s prgress twards meeting the gals utlined in the STGP. The University Cach will check-in ften (via phne, email, r additinal classrm visits) with the ST and fr prgress updates and will pssibly cmplete additinal lessn bservatins. The University Cach will submit any additinal TORs t TK20.
