Participated in parades and Color Guard Events Partners in maintaining the Woodlawn Cemetery Flag Training at Elementary Schools Support of Civic Organizations such as the Sandhills Women s Exchange and the Seven Lakes Kiwanis Pumpkin Patch Fall-O-Ween Carnivals at Aberdeen ES and Pinehurst ES Support Young Eagles event Toys-4-Tots Operation Piece of Home Project Santa- Repair Bikes for the community

Family/Consumer Science flex class has been utilizing their sewing skills to create cage comforters for animals at the humane society Orchestra and choir students go on tour to local rest homes to share their talents via short concerts for the residents Cheerleaders and Step Team participate in Southern Pines Primary s Red Ribbon Week parade and celebration and support multiple other events Chorus participates in Aberdeen s tree lighting celebration

Wrote thank you notes and sent a bag of candy to the electrical line men working during Hurricane Matthew Decorated brown bags so a local business can fill with fruit for the residents at Tara Plantation Collected food for Backpack Pals Collected food for the Food Bank of NC Collected coat, gloves, blankets for those in need Decorated and donated Christmas trees Support for multiple local Southern Pines charity projects

Maintain an active garden that is supported by our local Vass Lions Club K-Kids is a Student Leadership club that is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of the Sandhills. They have helped with the yearly Christmas food drive that benefits 70 of our local families and have also completed various odd jobs around campus. 151 Beta Club Members completed 1871 Hours of Community Service during the 2015-16 School Year

Christmas cards and songs at senior facility Raised funds for fellow student with brain cancer Provided Christmas gifts for over 60 students/families Thanksgiving for over 15 students/families Helped Emmanuel Baptist Church spread mulch Student Council Habitat for Humanity raised over $2,000. Students collected food, supplies, and baby items for Hurricane Matthew victims Toys for Tots student donations Students raised funds for field trips that also included raising monies for fellow students that are unable to afford all the cost. Student council assisted with after school dance sponsored by EC for funds for transportation to Prancing Horse each week for EC students.

Military Club gathered donations for the Aloha Zoo Bullying Blocker Club that goes to our two feeder schools to share about bullying Beta Club raised funds to fight leukemia Beta Club does the Lion Club Food Drive S2S Students and TAT (Turn-Around- Thursday) students wrote Christmas letters to military families for deployed military service men and women Falcon L.E.A.D students will participate in a Read-to-Me Campaign at one of our local daycares in Vass Military Club gathered donations Veteran s Day program for military connected families which included breakfast

Random Acts of Kindness prepared 38 Thanksgiving baskets with turkeys and all the fixings for families in our school and community FBLA is currently in the process of doing a canned food drive for the Robbins Area Christian Ministries Food Bank. Moore County Schools Habitat for Humanity build. Victory Junction Camp Workday Sponsored the first annual North Moore Leadership Conference and a Moore County Student Leadership Conference SGA officers sold bracelets and ribbons to help raise money for a student with great medical needs
